HEALTHY BANANA BREAD RECIPE


THE BEST BANANA BREAD RECIPE (aka the only thing you’ll ever need to bake in your life)

This is it! Your feed is flooded with overwhelming recommendations for the ‘best’ banana bread recipe. All of those posts are lies! Don’t trust them! THIS is the only banana bread recipe you will EVER NEED! Trust us, we’re Canadian!


INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Very Ripe Bananas  

1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Oat Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

4 tbsp Cinnamon 

Dark Chocolate Chips (as many as your heart desires)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven 350 degrees and spray your loaf tin with pam or coconut oil

2. In a medium size bowl, mash up your bananas

3. Next, beat your 2 eggs in a separate bowl and add to bowl with mashed bananas, mix together until smooth consistency

4. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir

5. Melt your coconut oil and let it cool then add it to your wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated

6. In a separate bowl, combine your almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and baking soda

7. Combine your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients until smooth

8. Drum roll for the best part, time to fold in your dark chocolate chips

9. Transfer the entire batter into your greased loaf tin

10. Add more chocolate chips on top (obviously)

11. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Inside should be moist and soft!

12. Enjoy the most delectable banana bread you have ever tasted
