4 Step- Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos
Oh yes, it’s taco night and the feeling’s right! Today we are sharing our easy, delectable, homemade shrimp tacos. Life (and tacos) are all about choices and no two people like their tacos the same. We also find a taco parties to be the easiest form of entertaining…your guests don’t realize that they are essentially making their own meals. We always suggest going slightly overboard with the toppings and sticking to one killer protein. Below is a list of how we stuff our tacos and our simple, secret, savory shrimp recipe. The shrimp have 5 ingredients and require 4 easy steps!
TACO SHOPPING LIST:
Cojita Cheese or Feta
1 lbs Shrimp
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Paprika
1. In a medium bowl place shrimp and coat heavily with dry ingredients.
2. Squeeze the juice of one lime all over the shrimp.
3. In a skillet, place marinated shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side
4. Heat your flour tortilla in a skillet over medium. Remove and stuff filled with spicy salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, cojita cheese and delectable shrimp!
